Fitty is an all-in-one digital marketing platform designed for teams, streamlining content creation, scheduling, and analytics, while also providing powerful tools to enhance marketing efforts. As an extension of Isle Geeks services, it supports collaboration, ad campaign management, and audience engagement through features like a unified inbox, email marketing tools, and SEO tools. This Privacy Policy describes how Fitty collects, uses, and discloses information from users of our application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve our services. This includes:

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. For Owners, this also includes billing information for subscription plans and add-ons.
  • Social Media Account Data: To enable Fitty's core functionalities, you connect your social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads, and more). We access and store information from these accounts necessary to provide our services, such as:
    • Content: Posts, threads, stories, videos, and associated media that you create, schedule, publish, or repurpose through Fitty.
    • Engagement Data: Comments, likes, views, and direct messages from your linked social media accounts.
    • Account Status: Information about the connection status of your social media accounts.
  • Marketing and Analytics Data:
    • Ad Campaign Data: Details about ad campaigns you create, including goals, target audience, budgets, and ad creatives.
    • Performance Metrics: Impressions, clicks, and conversion rates from ad campaigns, and views, comments, likes, and engagement rates from organic social media posts.
    • Website Data (for SEO Tools Add-on users): If you use the SEO Tools Add-on, we track website metrics such as Domain Authority, backlinks, and organic traffic for up to 3 websites you specify. We also process data related to website audits, keyword research, broken links, backlinking opportunities, and competitor analysis.
    • Email Marketing Data (for Email Marketing Add-on users): If you use the Email Marketing Add-on, we collect and manage audience data, including subscribers, lists, and tags. You can import and export contacts via CSV. We also process data related to email campaigns, broadcasts, automation workflows, and email analytics.
  • Tool Usage Data: Information related to your use of our content tools, such as text prompts for image generation, blog topics, and generated content. This also includes prompts for the Ad Copy Assistant and comment response assistant.
  • Team Collaboration Data: Content of internal chats and direct messages within the platform. If you use the WhatsApp Chatbot Builder, information related to your chatbot's workflows and customer interactions.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Fitty application, including features accessed, settings preferences (e.g., timezone, currency, UI customization), and actions taken within the app (e.g., saving drafts, sending for review, scheduling, publishing).
  • Files: Any media assets (images, videos) uploaded to the File Manager.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Maintain Our Services: To operate the Fitty platform, enable content creation, scheduling, publishing, and management across social media platforms.
  • To Facilitate Team Collaboration: To enable role-based access, team member management, internal chats, and content review and approval workflows.
  • To Manage Subscriptions and Billing: To process payments for core plans and add-ons, and manage subscription statuses and renewals.
  • To Provide Analytics and Reporting: To generate insights into social media performance, ad campaign effectiveness, and email marketing results.
  • To Enhance Marketing Efforts with Our Tools: To power features like content generation (e.g., blog posts, ad copy, social media posts), comment responding, image design, and SEO suggestions.
  • To Enable Communication: To facilitate audience engagement through unified inbox and comment management, and email marketing campaigns.
  • To Customize User Experience: To allow owners to customize the workspace theme and brand kit.
  • For Customer Support: To provide email and chat support and dedicated account management for Premium plan users.
  • To Improve Our Services: We analyze usage patterns to identify areas for improvement and develop new features.
  • To Ensure Security: To protect the integrity and security of our platform and user data.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • With Your Consent: We may share information when you give us explicit permission to do so.
  • With Connected Social Media Platforms: When you publish content through Fitty, your content and associated data are shared with the respective social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Google).
  • With Team Members: Information relevant to team collaboration, such as content drafts, pending posts, and internal chats, is shared with your designated team members based on their roles and permissions.
  • With Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, analytics, and customer support. These providers are obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) comply with a legal obligation, (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Fitty, (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public, or (d) protect against legal liability.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If a monthly core plan expires, it will automatically downgrade to the Free plan, and usage will be restricted. Monthly add-on plans will be deactivated upon expiry. We may also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

5. Your Choices and Rights

  • Account Settings: You can manage your personal information in your profile settings.
  • Social Media Connections: You can manage and disconnect your social media accounts through the Workspace Settings (Owner only).
  • Subscription Management: Owners can upgrade or downgrade the workspace plan and purchase or renew add-ons.
  • Data Access and Deletion: You may have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data. Please contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
